124. How Doing Less Can Help You Grow Your Business
Sep 30, 202634 min
When you’re building a business alongside motherhood, it’s easy to believe that doing more is the answer. More strategies, more content, more learning, more clients, more time spent trying to make everything work. But sometimes, trying to do too much is actually making it harder to create the results you want. In this episode, I share what I’ve learned about doing less in my own business, from stepping away from strategies that took more energy than they were worth to letting go of the pressure to create the perfect signature system. I’m not talking about stopping your efforts or hoping your business will magically grow. I’m talking about taking some of the pressure off, trusting yourself, and focusing on what actually moves you forward. You don’t have to make every action a home run. Sometimes, you just need to put the ball in play, keep showing up, and take the next step. 123. The Enoughness Problem: How to Stop Building Your Life From Lack
Sep 23, 202625 min
We all have some area of our lives where we’re wondering if we have enough. Enough time, enough money, enough energy, enough support, or enough of something else. But constantly focusing on what’s missing can actually make it harder to create the life we want. In this episode, I explore what I call the enoughness problem and why it can follow us into every area of our lives, including entrepreneurship. I share stories from my own life and coaching, including a client who felt like she didn’t have enough time with her kids and my own experience of feeling like I wasn’t doing enough at home or wasn’t supported enough. I help you see how focusing on lack can affect the way you experience the life you already have. 121. How to Set Boundaries Without Giving Away Your Power
Sep 9, 202619 min
If you’ve ever set a boundary with your partner, your kids, or your family and then felt even more frustrated when they didn’t respect it, there’s a good chance what you set wasn’t actually a boundary. It was a rule. And understanding the difference can completely change the way you think about boundaries and your own sense of control. In this episode, I share a coaching conversation that helped one of my clients see her boundaries in a completely different way. You'll hear examples from marriage, parenting, and everyday life to show how this shift can help you feel more empowered instead of helpless, frustrated, or resentful. What would make your life feel rich? Maybe it’s picking your kids up from school every day, taking a month off every summer, traveling with your family, or simply not opening your laptop after bedtime. Your version of a rich life doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s. It’s about getting intentional about the things that bring you the most joy, connection, and freedom, and then figuring out how to create more of them. In this episode, I share the conversation my husband and I had six years ago that changed the way we thought about our time, money, and the life we wanted to create together. I discuss what a rich life actually means and invite you to think about your own unique, rich life. Because your business doesn’t have to be the destination. It can be the vehicle that gives you the flexibility, income, and freedom to create the life you actually want. 118. Market Research Made Simple: How to Talk to Your Ideal Clients with Joanne Homestead
Aug 19, 202627 min
When you’re starting something new, it’s easy to think you need to have your ideal client, offer, messaging, and business idea all figured out before you take action. But what if talking to people could actually help you figure those things out? In this episode, I’m talking with my friend, fellow mom entrepreneur, and founder of Desk Plant Creatives, Joanne Homestead, about market research and why it doesn’t have to be complicated or intimidating. We break down what market research conversations actually look like, who to talk to, what questions to ask, and what to listen for. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
