Healthy Wealthy Wise Artist is the podcast for dancers, actors, singers, writers, filmmakers, visual artists—and artists of all kinds who are exhausted from showing up in a noisy, saturated world and wondering if their work still has a place. This isn’t about hacks, hustle, or pretending it’s easy. It’s about creative identity—and what happens when artists start to feel invisible, stuck, or quietly disconnected from the work that once mattered. Hosted by Lara Bianca Pilcher, published author of Audacious Artistry and ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), this podcast delivers psychology-informed insight, clear pattern recognition, and grounded guidance for artists who want to sustain their creativity without burning out or disappearing. Each episode explores: 🎭 Why talented artists stall—not because they lack discipline, but because their identity is under pressure 🧠 The emotional realities of creating, sharing, and being seen 🌱 Practical, non-performative ways to keep making work that matters This is a space for artists who are done shouting into the void—and ready to reconnect with their voice, their work, and their sense of direction. 🎓 Start here: Join the free Audacious Artistry masterclass 👉 https://larabiancapilcher.com/masterclass 📘 Pre-order the book: Audacious Artistry: Reclaim Your Creative Identity and Thrive in a Saturated World 👉 https://larabiancapilcher.com/book 🎧 New episodes drop Tuesdays. Being Seen Is Scary When Rejection Feels Personal
Aug 18, 202612 min
What if the hardest part of being seen isn’t visibility — it’s knowing someone might see what you can do and still say no? For an actor, that moment might be an audition. For another artist, it could be submitting a manuscript, performing a song, posting the art, pitching an idea, or putting something deeply personal in front of other people. In this episode, we’ll talk about: Why rejection can feel so personal when your art comes from you How artists confuse being seen with being chosen Why someone else’s decision cannot become a verdict on your identity The question to ask before your next audition, performance, submission, or pitch The shift is simple: Your job is to be seen. Their job is to choose. Does another artist’s career ever make yours feel embarrassingly small? Their credits are longer. Their audience is larger. Their bio sounds more impressive. They appear to have reached milestones you thought you would have reached by now. In this episode, we’ll talk about the shame of looking less accomplished—and why the visible proof of an artistic career rarely tells the whole story. We’ll explore: Why artists feel exposed when their credits or numbers look smaller How a long career can become difficult to read in a new market Why followers, bookings, credits, and income matter—but remain incomplete evidence How to keep growing without turning another artist’s progress into a verdict on yours Looking less accomplished is not the same as being less accomplished. Your next step is not to become the artist in the lane beside you. It is to stop staring sideways long enough to see what is yours to grow next. What Would You Make If You Stopped Judging It So Soon?
Aug 4, 202610 min
You started making something. Then, before it had a chance to become anything, you began pulling it apart. Perfectionism does not always stop artists from beginning. Sometimes it lets us begin, then makes us question, edit, and abandon every choice before the idea has had time to take shape. In this episode, we’ll talk about: why creating and evaluating are different jobs how over-editing can remove the life from your work why unfinished art cannot survive finished-work expectations one simple practice to help you create before you feel ready You do not have to know whether the idea is good yet. First, let it exist. The Dream Is Still Alive. So Why Are You Avoiding It?
Jul 28, 202610 min
You say you do not have time to create. But are you busy—or are you avoiding the thing you still care about most? Sometimes limited time is completely real. Artists have work, families, bills, health concerns, and responsibilities that cannot simply be ignored. But useful work can also become a very respectable place to hide. In this episode, we’ll talk about: why artists sometimes avoid the dreams they still want how planning, researching, scrolling, and staying useful can replace creating what comparison and social-media triggers may be trying to show you how a dream can remain alive while taking a different shape one imperfect move you can make toward the thing you miss Read Audacious Artistry and get the free 10-week group study guide: https://larabiancapilcher.com/book Website: https://larabiancapilcher.com Instagram: https://instagram.com/larabiancapilcher
The Gatekeepers Are Loud. But They Don’t Own Your Calling.
Jul 21, 202612 min
Have you become so focused on being chosen that your whole creative life now feels trapped behind somebody else’s decision? Gatekeepers are real. Agents, casting directors, publishers, funders, artistic directors, producers, venues, and industry leaders can affect which opportunities become available to us. But they do not own the full meaning of your creative life. In this episode, we’ll talk about: what happens when being selected becomes proof that you are a “real” artist why rejection can start controlling more than the opportunity what Lara built when acting was blocked by visa restrictions and an industry strike how to keep knocking without spending your whole life standing at the door one creative action you can take without waiting for permission Read Audacious Artistry and get the free 10-week group study guide: https://larabiancapilcher.com/book Website: https://larabiancapilcher.com Instagram: https://instagram.com/larabiancapilcher
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
