On August 19, 2026, Stuart Adams, Utah Senate President, made headlines across Utah after demand letters connected to statements from the June 28th God and Country Podcast became public. The story was first reported by the Salt Lake Tribune, followed by KSL News, before spreading across other news outlets throughout the state. Now, we tell the story from the beginning. In this episode, we once again sit down with Tina Cannon to walk through the timeline of what happened, how the demand letter was delivered, what it demanded, and our decision regarding retraction.
