Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this solo episode, Juliet challenges one of the most persistent and damaging beliefs for those with ADHD: the idea that your worth is tied to your productivity. After years of living in a state of chronic overwhelm—constantly trying to catch up on endless to-do lists and feeling like she was failing despite working harder than anyone else—Juliet shares the pivotal mindset shift that changed her life. She breaks down the crucial difference between efficiency (doing things right) and effectiveness (doing the right things). Using the powerful metaphor of a highly skilled sailor on a boat pointing in the wrong direction, Juliet explains why trying to organise, plan, and execute tasks faster will never solve the problem if you haven't first defined your true direction. If you frequently find yourself drowning in the "weeds" of minor details or putting out fires all day, this episode will help you step out of the ADHD vortex and start making decisions that truly align with your values and purpose. ABOUT THE HOST Juliet was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50, after a lifetime of believing she was fundamentally flawed—without realising there was a biological explanation behind her struggles. Years of executive dysfunction, perimenopause, and rising anxiety had left her overwhelmed and questioning her own potential. Her diagnosis marked a turning point. She immersed herself in understanding ADHD and, in doing so, discovered something even more transformative: a spiritual perspective on what it means to be human. Through this lens, Juliet was able to release limiting identities shaped by five decades of misunderstanding herself. She learned how to navigate emotions—like anxiety—with greater ease. She has two-years training in counselling and now has an established coaching practice supporting adults. Blending practical strategies with grounded spirituality, Juliet helps her clients find clarity, inner peace, and the confidence to live their life with purpose to reach their full potential and thrive with ADHD. Procrastination or Paralysis? Finding the Root Cause of Your ADHD Struggles
Sep 28, 20261h 3m
Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet sits down with Senior Certified ADHD Coach Bonnie Mincu to discuss how to take charge of your life instead of letting your ADHD take charge of you. They explore the reality behind the word "procrastination," revealing that what looks like laziness is often mental paralysis, overwhelm, or a simple lack of systems. Bonnie explains why a lack of dopamine makes mundane tasks feel like moving a mountain, and why the "just do it" mentality only leads to shame for the ADHD brain. Juliet and Bonnie also discuss the crucial differences between therapy and coaching for neurodivergent adults. While traditional therapy often looks backward for psychological root causes, ADHD coaching focuses on building customized strategies for the present. Bonnie shares insights into her "Confident Decider" matrix and "Procrastination Tree" to help clear the mental fog, make complex decisions, and finally start moving forward. ABOUT THE GUEST Bonnie Mincu is a Senior Certified ADHD Coach who has been helping adults with ADD/ADHD reach breakthrough solutions since 2001. She is the founder of "Thrive with ADD" and the creator of the "Productivity Pathfinder" membership training program. Bonnie focuses on helping neurodivergent individuals achieve self-mastery by understanding their unique patterns, mindset, and the true causes of their challenges. She provides practical, customized strategies—like her "Confident Decider" matrix and "Procrastination Tree" tool—to help people break free from mental paralysis, perfectionism, and overwhelm. Overstimulation and ADHD - How to regulate yourself!
Sep 24, 202621 min
Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this solo episode, Juliet explores a subtle but profound shift in how she understands her own nervous system. After years of labeling herself as "disregulated," she realised that she is often simply overstimulated—and frequently, she is the one overstimulating herself. While external triggers like bright lights, noise, and crowded rooms are common ADHD challenges, Juliet discusses the hidden trap of "good" overstimulation: getting swept up in exciting ideas, research, social media, and new projects. She describes the physical sensation of entering an ADHD "vortex," where time, space, and bodily awareness completely vanish. By sharing a recent experience where a dead phone battery forced her back into reality, she reveals how we can recognise the warning signs of this runaway train and make the conscious choice to step out of the time tunnel and back into the present moment. Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this eye-opening episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet sits down with Certified Change Coach Lindsey Elliott to dissect the relentless, critical voice inside our heads. Lindsey introduces us to "Sue"—a personification of our conditioned mental chatter driven by the need for Safety, Uncertainty, and Exposure. Together, they explore how years of undiagnosed ADHD can lead us to internalize this voice, mistakenly believing that our struggles with executive function mean we are unintelligent, incapable, or broken. By breaking down the mechanics of "Sue," Lindsey and Juliet reveal that strong, painful emotions aren't proof of your inadequacy, but rather a signal that you are caught up in false thoughts. If you've spent your life trying to fit a square peg into a round hole, this episode offers a profound shift in perspective. Tune in to discover your "ordinary magnificence" and learn how to stop taking your inner critic so seriously. ABOUT THE GUEST Lindsey Elliott is a coach, wellbeing consultant and author specialising in emotional and mental wellbeing. A former self-help junkie who spent years stuck in anxiety, insecurity and overthinking — until she discovered that underneath it all, we’re already OK. Now, she helps others find their own freedom and resilience without getting lost in endless techniques or fixing themselves. Lindsey runs Lindsey Elliott Coaching online and in Brighton, UK. She has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and over 15 years’ experience working therapeutically with people. She's a Certified Change Coach, a Three Principles Practitioner, and has worked with private companies, councils, and the NHS to support emotional and mental wellbeing. Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ In this solo episode, host Juliet tackles one of the most painful realities of living with undiagnosed ADHD: the deeply ingrained belief that you are simply not smart enough. For decades, Juliet used her struggles with executive function—planning, organizing, and following through—as hard evidence of her own incompetence. It wasn't until her late-in-life diagnosis that she realized these structural brain differences have absolutely nothing to do with intelligence, capability, or worth. Drawing on her own experiences, her work with coaching clients, and the pivotal insights of Jessica McCabe’s TED Talk Failing at Normal, Juliet breaks down how to dismantle the "stupid" narrative and stop gaslighting yourself. If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
