Founder to CEO — Hosted by Christina Heystek Founder to CEO is a podcast for business owners and entrepreneurs who want a sustainable, purpose-driven business and a life that still looks like theirs. Each season takes one big problem founders face and works through it step by step, with practical tools and honest stories. Season 2 introduces the CHAOS Time-Planning System, a five-part time-planning system that splits your work week into five energy modes: Creative Focus, Handling Operations, Arranged Meetings, Open Time, and Self-Renewal. Creating takes a different kind of energy than admin, and planning your week around that difference gets your time and energy back. The CHAOS System is built around three strategies that transform time planning: Building something that matters, without burning out doing it. Season 3 is the CLARITY Framework, a seven-part system that takes you from an over-stretched, "Frankenstein" business to a clear, focused one: Clear Calling, Listen, Align, Restore, Isolation, Training, and Yield. Season 4 features interviews with business owners about what building a business has really taught them. Upcoming seasons are a selection of shorter videos, helping business leaders to manage the business world and the year-end panic. We'll unpack central ideas from Seasons 2 and 3, to help you implementing ideas quickly. Coming in 2027: the SCALE Framework. Once your business is simplified and focused, SCALE shows you how to build robust, repeatable systems around it, so it runs without depending on you for everything. Hosted by Christina Heystek, a business analyst and systems architect with more than 40 years in IT, from programmer to systems architect. She is an author and business coach, and the founder of Kingdom-Biz, which supports leaders through in-person events and online group coaching.
