Why Your Wellness Journey Starts with Faith: Body, Soul & Spirit in God's Design
Aug 8, 202621 minS0

Wellness without God at the center is just striving. In this episode, Heather and Raymond Haiduk get vulnerable about what their health journey looked like before they put faith first β including Raymond's battle with Lyme disease β and why gratitude, not willpower, is what actually sustains real change.

We talk about the Light Stacking Guide (Farmopathy's free devotional-style habit tracker), the science behind the spark of light detected at conception, and how God speaks to each of us differently β for Raymond, it's cardinals; for others, it's nature, dreams, or a quiet download in the shower. We also share Philip...
How to Build a Fitness Routine You Actually Stick To (Without Burning Out)
Aug 8, 202621 minS0

Most fitness routines fail within six weeks β not from lack of effort, but from doing too much, too fast, with too little consistency. In this episode, Raymond Haiduk β bodybuilding since age five, training clients for nearly five decades β breaks down the all-or-nothing fitness trap, and why working smarter beats working harder every time.

We talk about why efficient form matters more than heavy weight or endless reps, why excessive cardio can actually work against you by spiking cortisol and cravings, and why strength training and bone density matter more as we age β not less. Raymond shares wisdom from his...
Summer Wellness Tips: Why God Designed Fruit for This Season (and Why Carbs Aren't the Enemy)
Aug 8, 202618 minS0

Carbs aren't the enemy β and summer proves it. In this episode, Heather and Raymond Haiduk break down why God designed fruit for this exact season, and why years of low-carb dieting left Heather dealing with chronic fatigue instead of real health.

We talk about the three natural harvests of the year β spring detox, summer abundance, and fall grounding β and why eating with the seasons, not against them, is one of the simplest ways to feel the way God intended. We cover the fear-mongering around carbs, red meat, and eggs, why moderation beats restriction every time, and how a trip...
Welcome to Farmopathy: Real Food, Real Strength, Real Faith
Aug 6, 202647 minS0

Welcome to Farmopathy β this is where it begins. In our very first episode of this Christian wellness podcast, we β Heather and Raymond Haiduk β share the heart behind Farmopathy: real food, real strength and real faith. We talk about the 2012 origins of Farmopathy, how corruption in the food industry opened our eyes, and the truth we keep coming back to β God has already given us everything we need for healing in body, soul, and spirit, we just have to slow down and lean into Him long enough to find it.

We share our honeymoon story in Sicily during Raymond...

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
