Lucas and Luna navigate the architecture of wealth transfer—wills, trusts, estate taxes, and the legal structures that govern inheritance. Every episode is built around a specific instrument or strategy: from revocable living trusts to generation-skipping transfer taxes, from charitable remainder trusts to the nuances of probate in different states. Lucas brings the regulatory precision, citing IRS code sections and recent court rulings; Luna pushes on the human side—how families actually make decisions, avoid conflict, and communicate intent across generations. The listener is the high-net-worth individual, the family office adviser, or the estate-planning attorney who wants to understand both the letter of the law and the art of the conversation. Together, they dissect real-case scenarios: a tech founder with illiquid equity, a blended family with competing heirs, a couple navigating Medicaid planning. No hypotheticals without numbers, no principles without examples. Each show ends w

How to Stop Inheritance From Ruining Your Children's Motivation
Sep 13, 202610 minS4
We look at the psychological and financial mechanics of 'wealth disincentives' using a case study of a family trust that caps annual distributions at fifty thousand dollars. This episode explores how excessive liquidity can stall career ambition in heirs, why some families use incentive trusts to reward earned income, and what concrete steps you can take now to ensure your legacy empowers rather than paralyzes your descendants. #InheritancePsychology #FamilyTrusts #WealthTransfer #EstatePlanning #IncentiveTrusts #GenerationalWealth #FinancialIndependence #HeirEducation #SpendthriftClause #LucasAndLuna #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #PersonalFinance #WealthManagement #LegacyBuilding #MoneyMindset #TrustProtector #FinancialLiteracy Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Why Your Estate Plan Fails Without a Trust Protector
Sep 12, 202612 minS4
Most people assume that once they draft a trust, their assets are locked in stone. But life changes faster than legal documents can keep up. In this episode, we explore the often-overlooked role of the trust protector, an independent third party who holds the power to adjust trustee rules, remove uncooperative fiduciaries, and adapt to tax law shifts without reopening the entire estate plan. We look at how this specific governance layer prevents family disputes and ensures your wealth distribution strategy survives unexpected events like divorce, bankruptcy, or sudden legislative changes. If you have ever worried that your rigid instructions might become harmful in ten years, this is the structural fix you need. #EstatePlanning #TrustProtector #WealthManagement #FamilyOffice #TrusteeDuties #AssetProtection #GenerationalWealth #LegalStrategy #FiduciaryResponsibility #DynastyTrusts #InheritanceLaw #FinancialPlanning #RiskManagement #SuccessionPlanning #EstateTax #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinanceShow Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most estate planners focus on taxes and probate, but the real danger to a family legacy is often administrative drift. This episode explores how 'dead hand' provisions in trusts become unmanageable when family dynamics shift, using the case of the fictional Sterling family to show why rigid control clauses fail over time. We look at the specific legal concept of cy-près doctrine and how modern trust structures balance founder intent with necessary flexibility. If you are setting up a dynasty trust, learning how to build in sunset clauses and review periods might be the most important step you take today. #EstatePlanning #FamilyTrusts #DynastyTrusts #InheritanceLaw #WealthManagement #CyPresDoctrine #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LegalStrategy #GenerationalWealth #Trustees #BeneficiaryRights #AssetProtection #FinancialLiteracy #SuccessionPlanning #LegalDrift #LucasAndLuna #FinanceTips Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Why Your Estate Plan Will Fail Without a Spendthrift Clause
Sep 10, 202612 minS4
Most families assume that leaving money to their children is an act of generosity. In reality, without specific legal guardrails like the spendthrift clause, inherited wealth can trigger bankruptcy, divorce settlements, and predatory lending within a single generation. Lucas and Luna break down why a standard bequest is dangerously porous, using the example of the typical fifty-million-dollar estate that dissolves in three years due to creditor access. They explore how restricting direct access to principal forces beneficiaries to live off income only, preserving the family legacy against their own worst impulses and external threats. This episode moves beyond the tax debate to address the structural integrity of wealth transfer, offering a concrete look at how trust language protects assets from lawsuits, marital claims, and impulsive spending decisions that erode generational fortune. #EstatePlanning #SpendthriftClause #FamilyWealth #TrustStructure #AssetProtection #GenerationalPoverty #LegalGuardrails #InheritanceLaw #CreditorProtection #DivorceAssets #BankruptcyDefense #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinanceAdvice #WealthManagement #LegalStrategy #FinancialLiteracy #LegacyBuilding Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Why Your Will Fails When You Forget About Incapacity
Sep 9, 202610 minS4
Most people think a will is the cornerstone of estate planning, but it only triggers after death. This episode explores the critical gap between dying and being incapacitated, focusing on how powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives actually manage your life when you can't speak for yourself. We break down why these documents are often more urgent than your last will and testament, using specific examples of what happens when families face sudden medical crises without them. Lucas and Luna discuss the legal distinctions, the financial risks of leaving decisions to courts, and the practical steps to ensure your voice is heard while you are still alive. #EstatePlanning #PowerOfAttorney #HealthcareDirective #IncapacityPlanning #FinancialPlanning #LegalDocs #FamilyWealth #LucasAndLuna #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #FinanceTips #RiskManagement #LegacyPlanning #TrustVsWill #MedicalDecisions #AssetProtection #EstateLaw #SmartMoney Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
