About this podcast

Hi! Welcome to Echoes of Elsewhere. We’re a group of “regular” people who love table top RPGs, and we are here to share a story or two with you. The premise is simple. Our team is from our world, Earth or at least a near facsimile of it, but it isn’t the old realm of existence. There are other worlds, dimensions, planes or whatever you want to call them, and the veil between them is wearing thin. Each realm has its own set of rules that the players and their characters will get to experience. We begin using the Pulp Cthulhu rules for the Call of Cthulhu game, and as our heroes travel to new lands, we’ll switch to new systems. Don’t worry. It won’t switch every episode. Each season will focus on an additional game system. At first, that system will be Dungeons and Dragons, but we love playing all sorts of games, and we’ll branch out to new systems as the story unfolds. If you are a fan of character driven stories, active roleplaying, and exploring new ideas, then we might be the place for you. There are themes of horror, fantasy violence, and adult language. Please, check the show notes for additional warnings. Echoes of Elsewhere will be released weekly on Sunday with an estimated running time between 45 minutes and an hour. We look forward to unraveling the mysteries of the universe with you. The Echoes of Elsewhere Team Website : https://www.eoeap.com/
