When change happens to a change expert
An expert in large scale transformation and supporting people through change was faced with her own challenges when a national restructuring led her to take voluntary redundancy. Zoë Lord, formerly Deputy Director of NHS Horizons and co-lead of the School for Change Agents, found herself putting her expertise to the test when she decided to go solo. She talks frankly about the transition from being part of a well-established team with a national track record and reputation, to a new career as an independent consultant. There are lessons for everyone who finds themself having to navigate their way through job loss, whether voluntary or not - using coaching methods and other techniques developed over a long career in organisational change. Zoë is in conversation with Culture Reset hosts Caroline Kenyon and Juliette Kumar. To find out more about Zoë, look up zoelord.uk / linkedin.com/in/zoelord.
