Lucas and Luna explore the tactical realities of building and sustaining brand communities on platforms like Discord, Slack Groups, and dedicated forums. Each episode dissects a single community strategy—from onboarding rituals and moderation policies to monetization models and retention metrics—using named examples such as Figma's design community, Duolingo's language clubs, and Patreon's creator servers. The conversation stays grounded in engagement data, churn rates, and member-survey results, avoiding hype in favor of what actually works. Lucas presses for hard numbers: what is the average time-to-first-post for a new member? How do community-driven support tickets compare to traditional call-center costs? Luna pushes back with nuance, citing experiments where over-moderation killed organic growth or where gamification backfired. The show serves marketers, community managers, and product leaders who need evidence-based playbooks, not platitudes. Listeners walk away understanding wh

How Discord Communities Measure Trust Not Just Engagement
Sep 13, 202610 minS4
Most brands measure community success by DAUs and message volume, but that data hides the real risk: active users who are quietly disengaging or hostile. This episode explores how a mid-sized fintech platform shifted from vanity metrics to a trust-index model using sentiment scoring and moderator feedback loops. Lucas and Luna break down why engagement is a lagging indicator and how to build systems that surface friction before it becomes churn. #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CommunityMarketing #DiscordStrategy #SlackCommunities #BrandTrust #CustomerRetention #SentimentAnalysis #ModerationTools #ChurnReduction #UserEngagement #ProductFeedback #CommunityHealth #DigitalRituals #BrandLoyalty #ConsumerInsights #TechMarketing #StartupGrowth Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

How Brands Measure Community Value Beyond Engagement
Sep 10, 20269 minS4
Most brands track likes and comments, but that data tells you nothing about actual revenue impact. In this episode, Lucas and Luna break down how leading software companies are tying Discord and Slack communities directly to customer lifetime value and churn reduction. We look at a specific case where a mid-market tech firm linked community participation metrics to their sales pipeline, revealing that highly active members had a twenty-three percent lower churn rate than passive users. The hosts explore the operational challenge of connecting community managers with finance teams, and why engagement rings are misleading unless they map to retention outcomes. #CommunityMarketing #CustomerRetention #DiscordStrategy #SlackCommunities #BrandLoyalty #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #SaaSMetrics #ChurnReduction #CustomerLifetimeValue #CommunityAnalytics #BrandCommunity #MarketingROI #UserEngagement #TechMarketing #CommunityGrowth #DigitalStrategy #ListenerSupport Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
