About this podcast

Hi! We are Elizabeth and Rosemay - two friends who are also wives, mothers and working women. Rosemay has lived all over the world working in the field of psychology while Elizabeth has worked in organizational communication. Despite our different backgrounds we both struggled with communication skills. Unknowingly we both were trying so hard to be the women we thought we were ‘supposed’ to be. Compliant, agreeable, and kind. After years of consistently feeling unfulfilled, silenced and at odds within ourselves we individually found the confidence that comes through applying simple, yet effective communication skills. No more walking on eggshells or worrying about burning bridges - we’re excited to share everything we’ve learned with you! Are you ready to learn skills to make you a calm, confident communicator at work and at home so you can pour into the relationships that matter most to you? Join us and move forward in confidence!https://communicateconnectthrive.com
