  Episode #54

  Ep 54 - NOT BROKE!

  Sep 30, 202612 minS2

Send me a message! For the time being at least, a wire for 25k was initiated today. Time to get back on the horse! Money is needing to be spent, signage and elevator are first on my list. Other than that, not sure, probably some more decor, cleaning crew, and some more garbage cans and weird things like that. Making moves on the extension as well, so everything is finally coming together! Until the next thing falls apart, but until then, I will enjoy the victory.

  Ep 53 - Still Broke

  Sep 23, 202618 minS2

Send me a message! Money woes continue. Still plenty to do, but unfortunately they all cost money. I'm still planning out what I'd need to do in the future so when the money arrives, I can pull the trigger and get back to work. Spirits are much higher this week which makes everything a bit easier. Signed a new lease, but tenant hasn't paid security deposit yet, so may not be reason to celebrate yet.

  Ep 52 - Season 1 Finale!

  Sep 16, 202613 minS1

Send me a message! Well that wraps up 52 weekly episodes of my 1st year into Commercial Real Estate. What a ride it has been, can say I haven't been bored once this year, and that's a fact! Nothing has really changed since last week overall. Finished up 1 suite and had the tenant move in, and working on the next 3 that are leased up starting end of the month!

  Episode #51

  Ep 51 - Riding A Fine Line

  Sep 9, 202617 minS1

Send me a message! We got another lease! $1,516/mo added to the revenue. Juggling lots of issues at the moment, AC problems, money problems, loan problems, tenant problems, there's so many I can barely keep track! But one day at a time. Still focusing on getting as many people in the door as quickly as I can.

  Episode #50

  Ep 50 - 1 More Lease!

  Sep 2, 202619 minS1

Send me a message! The ups and downs in this business are unreal. Woke up this morning at 2:30am, cold sweat, stressed out. Then a few hours later, got a lease signed! So that makes everything a little bit better. Our timeline is compressing faster than anticipated. But there's only one thing to do and that's keep on grinding my face off until we get into a conventional note. Until then, we work.
