Episode #176
Zephaniah Day 20 : Shoulder to Shoulder
Host Susan Downie leads a 15–20 minute quiet-time episode reading Zephaniah 3:9–13 from S.K. Featherstone’s study, praying and reflecting on the theme of Israel’s remnant and the purification of speech. She connects the prophecy to New Testament fulfilment in Christ, the Day of Pentecost, and future hope, while sharing personal stories about women’s groups that adapted through COVID and remained "shoulder to shoulder." The episode also traces the origins of fear, lies, and deceit back to Genesis and considers their ultimate end. Closing with five practical takeaways for leaders and believers and a guided prayer, Susan previews the next study and signs off until Monday.
