Simple Daily Habits To Feel Better As Moms With Neurodivergent Kids **TOP 2% Globally Ranked Podcast** Do you wake up already exhausted, no matter how much sleep you get? Does brain fog make it hard to think straight or keep up with your kids? Do you feel guilty for resting even though your body is worn out? Are you trying to take care of your health without adding more stress to an already full plate? Welcome to Chronic Illness Moms — a podcast for moms living with chronic illness while raising neurodivergent kids. If you’re dealing with constant fatigue, inflammation, and overwhelm, this is your place to find support that actually fits real life. Here we focus on simple, healthy habits that help you get better sleep, reduce stress, and feel better in your body — without complicated routines or pressure to do more. These are small, doable shifts that work with your energy instead of against it. I’m Ashley — a wife, mom, and health coach who’s spent years navigating chronic symptoms, burnout, and a body that wouldn’t keep up. I tried the strict plans, the supplements, and the “just push through” approach — and all it did was leave me more exhausted. What finally helped was learning how to support my nervous system and build tiny habits that actually worked in real mom life. Now I help other moms do the same so they can have more energy, think more clearly, and show up for their families without falling apart. If you’re ready for natural, realistic ways to feel better — even in the middle of neurodivergent family life — you’re in the right place. So grab your herbal tea, hide in the laundry room if you have to, let’s start building habits that help you feel better again. 249. Struggling With Brain Fog? 3 Breaths to Try Before You Reach for More Caffeine
Aug 19, 202616 min
Hey friend, Do you walk into a room and forget why you’re standing there more days than not? Are your brain fog symptoms and your fatigue always hitting at the exact same time? Have you ever wondered why you can’t think straight, even on a calm day? I’m Ashley, a mom living with chronic illness in a neurodivergent family. If you’re dealing with constant fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and broken sleep while trying to keep up with your kids, you’re not alone. This podcast is for chronic illness moms raising neurodivergent kids who want stress relief, better sleep, and simple, realistic habits to finally feel better in their bodies. Each episode shares nervous-system-friendly support to help you calm overwhelm, boost energy, and practice healthy habits that improve your symptoms, even in the middle of a full, demanding life. In this episode, I’m sharing why your brain fog symptoms might be connected to the same breathing pattern we talked about last episode, so you can understand what’s actually happening in your body when you can’t think straight. We talk about how fast, shallow chest breathing changes blood flow to your brain in real time, why this shows up especially during stressful mental tasks (which is most of a mom’s day), and the specific 3-breath reset to try the next time your brain fogs up. Part 2 of a 3-part series on breathing, energy, brain fog, and sleep. 248. Feeling Fatigued No Matter How Much You Sleep? The Breathing Habit Secretly Draining You
Aug 16, 202617 min
Hey friend, Do you feel tired all the time, even on days you didn’t do anything hard? Are you an exhausted mom who’s tried everything to boost energy naturally and still crashes by 2 PM? Have you ever wondered why extreme exhaustion hits even after an “easy” day? I’m Ashley, a mom living with chronic illness in a neurodivergent family. If you’re dealing with constant fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and broken sleep while trying to keep up with your kids, you’re not alone. This podcast is for chronic illness moms raising neurodivergent kids who want stress relief, better sleep, and simple, realistic habits to finally feel better in their bodies. Each episode shares nervous-system-friendly support to help you calm overwhelm, boost energy, and practice healthy habits that improve your symptoms, even in the middle of a full, demanding life. In this episode, I’m sharing the surprising connection between how you breathe and why you feel tired all the time, so you can stop losing energy to a habit you didn’t even know you had. We talk about why chest breathing (also called vertical breathing) costs your body more energy than it gives back, why this pattern is so common among exhausted moms that it can even happen at rest, and why it’s so easy to miss since it doesn’t hurt. This is part 1 of a 3-part series on breathing, energy, brain fog, and sleep. 247. No, “Getting Back to a Routine” Doesn’t Mean You’ll Suddenly Feel Better
Aug 12, 202619 min
Hey friend, Have people told you you’ll feel better once things get back to a routine, and you’re still waiting? Are you an exhausted mom who thought a new schedule would fix your chronic exhaustion, but it didn’t? Do you homeschool and feel like the “you’ll get a break now” comments don’t even apply to you? I’m Ashley, a mom living with chronic illness in a neurodivergent family. If you’re dealing with constant fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and broken sleep while trying to keep up with your kids, you’re not alone. This podcast is for chronic illness moms raising neurodivergent kids who want stress relief, better sleep, and simple, realistic habits to finally feel better in their bodies. Each episode shares nervous-system-friendly support to help you calm overwhelm, boost energy, and practice healthy habits that improve your symptoms, even in the middle of a full, demanding life. In this episode, I’m pushing back on the idea that a returning routine will automatically make you feel better. We talk about why a schedule is a logistics fix, not a symptom fix; why this myth doesn’t even apply the same way to homeschool moms; and what a routine can actually give you instead: predictability, and why that’s a smaller but more honest promise than “you’ll feel better now.” Part 3: Resources and Links Mentioned 1:1 chronic health coaching: https://ashleybraden.com/coaching Join the free Chronic Health Moms Facebook community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/chronichealthmoms Natural products to support your stress and sleep: ashleybraden.com/shop Related Episodes: 245. 3 Shifts to Make When a Flare Cancels Your Plans (Instead of Feeling Like a Failure) 244. 246. Wonder Why The Back to School Routine Leaves Moms More Tired Than Summer Ever Did?
Aug 9, 202623 min
Hey friend, Do you feel more exhausted in the first week of a new routine than you did all summer? Are you an overwhelmed mom wondering why “getting back to normal” doesn’t feel like relief? Have you ever wondered why a new schedule seems to drain you before it ever helps you? I’m Ashley, a mom living with chronic illness in a neurodivergent family. If you’re dealing with constant fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and broken sleep while trying to keep up with your kids, you’re not alone. This podcast is for chronic illness moms raising neurodivergent kids who want stress relief, better sleep, and simple, realistic habits to finally feel better in their bodies. Each episode shares nervous-system-friendly support to help you calm overwhelm, boost energy, and practice healthy habits that improve your symptoms, even in the middle of a full, demanding life. In this episode, I’m sharing why the first week of any new routine, whether that’s school starting back or your homeschool rhythm restarting, can leave you more exhausted than the unstructured weeks before it. We talk about why unfamiliar schedules cost your nervous system more energy than familiar ones, why parenting a neurodivergent kid through a transition doubles the load, and why a hard first week doesn’t mean you built the wrong routine. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
