Hard skills open doors; soft skills keep them open. But which ones actually matter in a world where AI writes code and automates spreadsheets? In this series, Lucas and Luna strip the buzzwords from career development, examining real data from labor markets, HR surveys, and company case studies. Lucas walks through the skills-pyramid sketch on their classroom table — technical proficiencies at the base, cognitive abilities in the middle, and adaptability at the apex — while Luna tests each layer against concrete examples: a software engineer whose Java skills became obsolete, a project manager who thrived by mastering conflict resolution, a marketer who learned SQL and doubled her salary. Together, they explore how to map your current skill set against industry trends, where to invest your learning time for maximum return, and why employers like Google and McKinsey are quietly de-emphasizing college degrees in favor of demonstrated competencies. No empty promises about 'future-proofing

The Skill Tax of Being Too Versatile
Sep 14, 20269 minS4
We explore the hidden career cost of trying to be everything to everyone. In this episode, we examine why generalists often face a 'versatility tax' that limits their earning power and seniority. Using real-world examples from tech management and consulting, we break down how deep specialization creates moats while broad skill sets can lead to role confusion. Lucas and Luna discuss when to double down on one discipline versus when to expand your toolkit, offering actionable advice for professionals navigating the modern job market in September 2026. #CareerStrategy #SkillStacking #VersatilityTax #DeepWork #GeneralistVsSpecialist #ProfessionalDevelopment #LucasAndLuna #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerMoat #JobMarketTrends #SoftSkillsMatter #HardSkillsMatter #FutureOfWork #CareerAdvice #LeadershipSkills #PersonalBranding #EconomicValue Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
The Learning Velocity Gap That Defines Your Career
Sep 13, 20268 minS4
Most professionals focus on the width of their skill set, but Lucas and Luna argue that learning velocity is the true moat. Using a specific comparison between traditional corporate training cycles and modern agile upskilling, they explore how the rate at which you absorb new information now matters more than the depth of any single hard skill. This episode breaks down the mechanics of rapid competency acquisition and offers a practical framework for doubling your personal learning speed without burning out. For listeners standing at the crossroads of technical expertise and adaptability, this conversation provides a concrete method to future-proof your career against the accelerating pace of industry change. #CareerStrategy #LearningVelocity #SkillAcquisition #ProfessionalGrowth #Adaptability #FutureOfWork #ContinuousLearning #CareerMoats #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #CareerAdvice #SoftSkills #HardSkills #WorkplaceTrends #PersonalDevelopment #CareerResilience #ExecutiveCoaching Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
We often think of career value as a stack of visible certifications or hard technical abilities, but the most durable advantages are usually invisible. In this episode, we explore the concept of tacit knowledge and why it is so difficult to automate or replicate. We look at how senior leaders at major tech firms rely on judgment calls that aren't written in any manual. By understanding the difference between explicit skills and intuitive expertise, you can identify your own hidden moats. This discussion moves beyond simple skill-stacking to examine the quiet, unquantifiable assets that actually drive promotion and resilience in uncertain markets. #CareerSkills #TacitKnowledge #FutureOfWork #ProfessionalGrowth #SoftSkillsMatter #InvisibleAssets #CareerStrategy #WorkplaceIntelligence #ExpertiseDevelopment #BusinessInsight #CareerResilience #LeadershipSkills #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerAdvice #SkillGap #HumanCapital #CareerMoat Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Lucas and Luna explore how to build career resilience not by hoarding skills, but by anchoring your value in specific, high-trust contexts. They analyze the 'context switching' tax that erodes expertise and discuss why being a generalist in one domain beats being a mediocre specialist in three. Using examples from engineering and marketing, they show how deep context creates moats that AI and market shifts cannot easily replicate. #CareerResilience #DeepWork #SkillStacking #ContextSwitching #FutureProofing #ProfessionalGrowth #CareerMoats #Specialization #GeneralistStrategy #AIAndCareers #BusinessSkills #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerAdvice #ExpertiseBuilding #ValueCreation #CareerPivot #LucasAndLuna Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
In this episode of Career Skills, Lucas and Luna explore the concept of 'career anchoring' as a defense against market volatility. Using the recent shift in tech hiring patterns from pure engineering to hybrid roles that blend technical depth with client-facing communication, they examine why versatility without focus can dilute your value. They discuss how to identify your non-negotiable core competency—your anchor—and how to build flexible skills around it without losing your professional identity. The conversation includes specific examples from mid-sized software firms and consulting practices that have successfully retained talent by clarifying role expectations rather than demanding endless upskilling. By September twenty twenty six, the labor market has shown that employees who clearly define their primary value proposition are more resilient to restructuring than those trying to be everything to everyone. Listeners will learn how to audit their current skill set, identify what makes them irreplaceable in their specific niche, and strategically decline opportunities that drift too far from their anchor point. #CareerSkills #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerStrategy #TechHiring2026 #ProfessionalIdentity #SkillStacking #CareerResilience #WorkplaceTrends #CoreCompetency #JobSecurity #TechIndustry #ConsultingCareers #LeadershipDevelopment #FutureOfWork #CareerPlanning #EmploymentMarket #SoftSkills Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.

Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
