Afford Peace with Rachel Cray
SHOW NOTES Transcript Rachel Cray's bio Rachel Cray is a financial success coach on a mission to help women become the CFO of their own lives so they can stop feeling overwhelmed by money and start using it as a tool to create more choice, confidence, and freedom. With more than 15 years of experience in retail management, Rachel spent her career leading teams and working alongside individuals earning six-figure incomes. What she repeatedly noticed surprised her: making more money didn't necessarily mean feeling financially secure. She watched high earners struggle to pay their bills, avoid looking at their finances, and feel completely unsure of what to do with the money they worked so hard to make. But Rachel understood that struggle personally, too. Despite having a high income herself, there were times when she still found herself at the end of the month wondering how she was going to afford the necessities. She realized that the problem wasn't always how much money someone made. It was often the lack of a clear system, financial knowledge, and confidence to manage it. That realization became the foundation for her work today. Rachel supports ambitious, high-earning women. This includes business owners, executives, and professionals who are successful in their careers but don't feel equally successful with their personal finances. Through financial coaching, she helps women understand where their money is going, create sustainable systems, take control of spending, build confidence around financial decisions, and ultimately become the CFO of their personal life. For Rachel, financial success isn't about deprivation, perfection, or simply having a bigger number in your bank account. It's about having choice. The option to leave a job that no longer serves you. The option to say yes to an opportunity. The option to take time off without panic. The option to make decisions from confidence instead of fear. Her goal is simple: to empower more women to build a financial life that gives them choice, not restriction.
