A personal finance podcast for women who make good money but still struggle with overspending, credit card debt, and/or saving money. This isn’t about strict budgets or deprivation, it’s about getting to the root of why money still feels hard even though you’re successful in other areas of your life. Hosted by Germaine Foley, the show focuses on mindset and building systems that actually work in real life. If you’ve paid off debt before, grown your business, or made more money but still feel stuck, there’s nothing wrong with you. Overspending and financial stress aren’t a lack of discipline, they’re a sign that the strategies you were taught don’t fit your real life. Each episode offers honest conversations, practical insights, and a new way to think about money that supports both your life now and your long-term goals. If you’re ready to stop

191. Why You’re Still Not Saving Money or Paying Off Debt Consistently
Aug 18, 202611 min
If you know you want more savings, less debt, more money invested, and more peace around money, but you can't get yourself to do those things consistently, this episode is for you. Because the financial life you want is not just about what you want to have. It is also about who you are becoming with money. In this episode, we’re talking about why saving money, paying off debt, investing more, and feeling more in control financially requires more than information. It requires a different relationship with money. A different identity. Different habits. Different standards. Different decisions. And a different way of showing up with the money already in your life. We’ll get into: Why focusing only on the outcome may keep you stuck. Why the woman who has the financial life you want handles money differently. How today’s money habits create tomorrow’s financial life. Why information alone does not create lasting change. The question that can help you think differently about your financial future. If you’ve ever thought, “I know what I should be doing with money, but I’m not doing it consistently,” this episode will help you see what may actually need to change. Because the goal is not just to save more, pay off debt, or invest more. The goal is to become the woman who naturally creates those results over and over again. Ready for support? Aug 11, 202622 min
If you make good money but still feel like too much of it is going out the door, this episode is for you. Maybe you’re earning more than you ever have before, but you still don’t have the margin, savings, retirement progress, or breathing room you thought you would have by now. Maybe you look around and think: “Where is all of my money going?” “I should have more saved.” “I should have less credit card debt.” “I feel like money comes in and goes right back out.” In this episode, we’re talking about stewardship and what it means to take care of the money that comes into your life. Not from restriction. Not from fear. And not from guilt. But from intention. We’ll get into: Why income can increase while your attention decreases. What stewardship means when it comes to money. Practical ways to take better care of your money so that you can create more margin, peace, options, and wealth. 189. How to Build Wealth Without Giving Up the Life You Enjoy
Aug 4, 202629 min
If you want to build wealth but the thought of giving up everything you enjoy makes you want to avoid your money altogether, this episode is for you. For a long time, I thought getting serious with money meant living a boring, restricted, super frugal life. No more vacations. No more eating out. No more buying nice things. No more enjoying the money we worked hard for. And because that sounded miserable, I avoided dealing with my finances longer than I should have. That is why I created the Do Both Method. In this episode, I’m breaking down how you can build wealth and enjoy your life at the same time without using a strict budget or cutting out everything that makes life feel good. We’ll get into: Why strict budgeting may not be the answer for you. Why building wealth does not mean you have to stop enjoying your money. How to stop spending on things that do not truly matter. What values-based spending actually looks like. Why the money you free up needs to be redirected toward savings, debt freedom, investing, and wealth. If you make good money but still feel like your finances are not where you want them to be, this episode will help you see a different way forward. Because the goal is not to stop living. The goal is to stop letting money slip through your life and start using it to create the life you actually want. Ready for support? In this short and actionable episode, we’re talking about the biggest financial mistake women make after getting a raise, and why it happens before the spending even starts. 187. Making Good Money Isn’t the Same as Building Wealth
Jul 21, 202625 min
If you make good money but still feel like you should be further along financially, this episode is for you. Maybe you’re making more than you did five or ten years ago. Maybe you’ve earned the degree, built the career, grown the business, received the promotion, or finally reached the income level you once thought would change everything. And yet, your financial life may not feel the way you thought it would feel by now. Your savings may not be where you want it to be. You may still be carrying credit card debt. You may be investing, but wondering if you’re doing enough. And you may still feel like your income is not creating the breathing room, margin, or financial security you expected. In this episode, we’re talking about why making good money and building wealth are not the same thing. We’ll get into: Why income alone does not tell the full story. The difference between making more money and creating financial progress. Why lifestyle inflation is only part of the issue. How your financial thermostat can keep pulling you back to what feels familiar. Why financial impact matters more than income alone. If you’ve ever wondered, “How am I making this much money and still feeling behind?” this episode will help you look at your income in a different way. Because the goal is not just to make more money. The goal is to turn the money you make into savings, debt reduction, investing, breathing room, flexibility, options, and wealth. Ready for support? Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
