Visibility: Showing Up Without Performing
Aug 3, 202623 min
Why does showing up online feel so exhausting? Maybe it isn't because you're creating content. Maybe it's because you're trying to manage a version of yourself instead of simply being yourself. In this episode of the Be Fabbo Podcast , Bobbi explores why visibility isn't primarily a strategy problem. It's a courage problem. Drawing from forty years spent helping other people feel seen through her camera lens, and her own journey of stepping in front of the camera, Bobbi shares why authentic visibility isn't about becoming louder, more polished, or more present. It's about becoming more real. Through Building What Matters Most , the conversation experience powered by the Motivated To Be FABBO™ Framework , she invites you to stop performing, stop editing yourself out of your own work, and begin showing up in a way that's sustainable because it's genuinely you. In this episode you'll discover: • Why visibility feels exhausting when it becomes performance • The difference between performance-based visibility and presence-based visibility • Why authenticity creates deeper connection than polished perfection • How to build a visibility rhythm that actually fits your life Because the people you're meant to serve aren't looking for a perfect version of you. They're looking for the real one. Let's keep the FABBO convo going, send me a text! Audience Find The People Already Looking For You
Jul 27, 202620 min
What if building an audience isn't about finding more people? What if it's about becoming more findable to the people who are already looking for exactly what you have to offer? In this episode of the Be Fabbo Podcast , Bobbi challenges one of the biggest myths in entrepreneurship: that audience growth comes from reaching everyone. Instead, she shares why specificity creates recognition, recognition creates sharing, and the businesses that last are built by helping the right people recognize themselves in your work. Drawing from forty years behind the camera and the lessons she's carried into Building What Matters Most , the conversation experience powered by the Motivated To Be FABBO™ Framework , Bobbi explores why broad appeal creates noise, while genuine resonance creates community. Because your job isn't to find your audience. Your job is to be findable. In this episode, you'll discover: • Why specificity creates stronger connection than broad appeal • The difference between an audience and a community • Why the right people are already looking for your work • How becoming more findable changes the way you create content Because you don't build an audience by speaking to everyone. You build it by becoming unmistakably recognizable to the people you're here to serve. Let's keep the FABBO convo going, send me a text! Your Offers-The Best Ones Are Built From What You've Lived
Jul 20, 202625 min
Where do your best offers come from? Most entrepreneurs believe they need to watch the market, study the trends, or create what everyone else seems to want. But the offers people connect with most don't begin there. They begin with your lived experience. In this episode of the Be Fabbo Podcast , Bobbi explores why the strongest offers aren't built by copying someone else's blueprint. They're built from the lessons you've lived, the perspective you've earned, and the problems you've learned how to solve. Through personal stories, including her transition from four decades as a photographer to creating the Building What Matters Most conversation experience, powered by the Motivated To Be FABBO™ Framework , Bobbi shares why your most valuable work often comes from the experiences you once questioned. If you've ever struggled to explain what you do, create an offer that feels authentic, or confidently share your work with the world, this conversation is for you. In this episode, you'll discover: • Why your lived experience is your greatest advantage • The difference between creating from trends and creating from truth • Why authentic offers feel easier to talk about and easier to sell • How building from who you are creates work that lasts Because the best offers aren't invented. They're uncovered. And they're built from what you've lived. Let's keep the FABBO convo going, send me a text! MOMENTUM Keep Building When the Results Are Still Coming
Jul 7, 202621 min
Momentum isn't about moving faster. It's about continuing to build when the results haven't caught up to the work. In this episode of the Be Fabbo Podcast, Bobbi shares why the most important seasons in business are often the quiet ones, the moments between taking consistent action and finally seeing the outcome you've been hoping for. If you've ever questioned whether your work is making a difference because progress feels slower than expected, this conversation is for you. Together, we'll explore how to trust the process, stay connected to what matters most, and keep taking aligned action even when the evidence hasn't arrived yet. Because the businesses that last aren't built in the exciting moments. They're built in the ordinary Tuesdays when no one is watching. In this episode, you'll discover: • Why momentum isn't measured by speed • How to keep building without constant external validation • The difference between activity and meaningful progress • Why profit, purpose, and joy become the result of building what matters most If this conversation encouraged you, subscribe to Building What Matters Most for weekly essays, podcast conversations, and practical reflections designed to help you build with greater clarity, self-trust, and aligned action. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
