About this Podcast:

Basia's Thoughts is a podcast about what lies underneath things. I follow patterns and unexpected connections through psychology, Bioenergetics, relationships, systems, consciousness, spirituality and non-duality (Advaita Vedanta) — from how our personalities are formed to what remains when we look beyond the person altogether. Why do we react the way we do? What structures quietly shape our lives? What do meaning, beauty, love and awareness point toward? And can ideas from very different fields illuminate one another? There are no tidy five-step answers here. Instead, I think out loud, question what seems obvious, and see whether looking one layer deeper leads us somewhere interesting. Take this journey with me and with your questions and comments we will tread forth together, attempting to make sense of it all, or at least some of it. :)
