Baseball's strangest stories come out after dark. This is where Baseball Nation Network explores the side of Major League Baseball that doesn't fit neatly into standings and box scores: murder mysteries, unexplained deaths, disappearances, scandals, curses, bizarre games, notorious characters, forgotten stars, clubhouse secrets, incredible coincidences, tragedies, controversies, and stories so strange they almost don't sound real. Less a conventional sports podcast, more baseball plus true crime plus campfire storytelling. The mysterious death of Ed Delahanty. Ray Chapman and baseball's fatal pitch. Ten Cent Beer Night. Disco Demolition. Dock Ellis. The Black Sox. The Curse of the Billy Goat. The players who lived double lives. Host Vin Marlowe tells one story a night β slowly, carefully, and without ever solving what history left unsolved. Everything you hear is documented, and where the record is disputed, the show says so out loud. Vin Marlowe is a fictional broadcaster created, written, and voiced by Baseball Nation Network. He is not a real person and is never presented as such. The stories are real. New stories nightly at 9 PM ET. The lights are off. The crowd has gone home.

Tonight on Baseball After Dark: Ten Cent Beer Night
A promotion, a crowd, and a forfeit. One of the strangest nights ever staged in a major league ballpark.
What was never settled: How the promotion cleared approval, and how close it came to something far worse, is still debated by people who were there.
Vin Marlowe is a fictional broadcaster created and voiced by Baseball Nation Network. The stories are real, and where the record is unresolved we say so.

Tonight on Baseball After Dark: The Black Sox: What Really Happened
Eight men were banned for life. The full story of that 1919 World Series has never entirely come out.
What was never settled: Who instigated the fix, how much each player actually took, and how much Buck Weaver and Shoeless Joe Jackson really did remain disputed.

Tonight on Baseball After Dark: Ray Chapman: Baseball's Fatal Pitch
The only major league player ever killed by a pitch β and the day the game changed because of it.
What was never settled: How much the scuffed, discolored ball of the era contributed, and whether Chapman ever saw the pitch at all, is still argued.

Tonight on Baseball After Dark: The Mysterious Death of Ed Delahanty
One of the greatest hitters of the 19th century was put off a train near the Canadian border. He was never seen alive again.
What was never settled: Whether he fell, jumped, or was swept from the International Bridge was never established; the inquest left the question open.

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
