Finally finishing up Elantris! (We've actually been done it a while it just took me forever to edit this) We give our final thoughts as the chapters rush by and excitedly look forwards to Mistborn: Secret History!

We're pushing towards the end of Elantris- Dilaf does some evil magic, our heroes pull out probably the only smart plan they've had this entire book, and Hrathen suddenly catches feelings out of nowhere (oh boy...)

After a long break we are BACK! Our host broke his nose, we hit the holidays, then we got sick and busy so it's taken us a bit to get back into it.

We're actually going to end it at this point- the main characters refuse to communicate and the 'first book syndrome' is reallyyyyyy starting to get to some of us. We're excited about the potential as things pick up, and

We're getting closer and closer to what feels like the end! This might not be everyone's favorite book, but they're loving the character growth and ridiculing the *lack* of character growth for a few other people.

Holy moly we're back with more witty one-liners, too many jokes about how awful AJR can be, and a lot of thoughts on today's chapters. Stuff is happening, and our heroes are as annoying as ever!

Stuff is happening! Serene is being annoying, Hrathen is aura farming, and Raoden is hiding his magical seizures from the homies for some reason. All in all, a great time!

Everything starts to speed up as we enter part 2 of Elantris, for some reason we have a long discussion about marvel movies before actually diving into the book, but hey! Somebody has to keep you updated!

Stuff keeps happening! ...sort of. Most of our group is ready for part 1 to finish and the meat of the story to get moving. Decided to touch on some comer connections a little early, let's see what they think!

Boy oh boy do we have another episode for you- took another short break but we're back in flow state and ready to rumble! Things are looking up as we move farther through Elantris.

The chapters start to get cooking, and suddenly stuff is happening as we approach part 2, to the delight of everyone involved. (Mostly Dylan.)

Things FINALLY start moving, as the info dumps continue but manage to feel like they add something this time. Due to long chapters we only got 2 done for this week, sorry about that.

In truly the most interesting episode yet, uh.... stuff happens? sort of? Some of us are thrilled, some of us are not.

WARNING: FULL METAL ALCHEMIST SPOILERS IN THIS EPISODE! Back on track and slowly moving, this episode is another absolute unit of banger info dumps. Patrick and Dylan can barely contain their excitement!

Unfortunately we had to take a bit of a break due to me getting sick, but we're back on track! This episode Dylan and Patrick complain a lot and I mostly agree- the info comes hot, heavy, and more than a little confusing

WARNING: MISTBORN ERA ONE SPOILERS IN THIS EPISODE! This episode we dive into Elantris and meet our main charecters Sarene, Raoden, and Hrathen. Meanwhile, Dylan and Patrick struggle to absorb info-dumps and muse over th

WARNING: MISTBORN ERA ONE SPOILERS IN THIS EPISODE! Patrick and Dylan have both read Mistborn Era One, (Final Empire, Well of Ascension, & Hero Of Ages) so I thought it would be fitting to have our first episode be a ret
