EPISODE 109: "DELIVERANCE MINISTRY"... and it's dangers. w/ MA'NIKA BISHOP pt. 2
EPISODE 109: Part 2 On this episode we are hanging out with Ma'Nika Bishop from Graceful Truth on Tik Tok and will be discusing the phenomenon know as "Deliverance Ministry" and the dangers it poses to the body of Christ. Now before people get all unhinged on us, here me out. We aren't saying that God doesn't deliver people. What we are saying is that the movement known as "deliverance ministry" isn't biblical the way you see folks like Kathry Krick, Daniel Adams, isaiah Salvidar and the like, promote it. To say a believer can be possessed denies the saving power of Jesus Christ and negates what he did on the cross for us through grace and faith in him. Ma'Nika discusses her time involved in "deliverance ministry" and how it almost wrecked her marriage and her sanity. We discuss how people's approach to the "supernatural" in 2026 over rides what scripture tells us and how it gives more credit to the demonic than it does to Jesus Christ. Then you add in the fact that these so called ministers are charging for deliverance and saying you must sew a seed of faith in order for God to set you free, adds to the already deceitful nature of this type of ministry. Again, we aren't saying that people can't be possessed or that Jesus didn't cast out demons. What we are saying is nowhere in scripture is there reference to any person who confesses Jesus Christ as savior has ever been possesed by a demon. It also doesn't show any where in scripture as to where we should charge for the works of the Holy Spirit. It infact, rebukes it in the book of Acts chapter 8:9-25 when Peter rebukes Simon the Sorcerer. Don't be deceived by these wolves in sheeps clothing & their false "prophets & apostles" of modern day and their grift to get famous and line their pockets with your money from false calims of casting demons out, false healings and there defense that they are being "persecuted by pharisees". They twist scripture to fit a narrative that keeps them as the authority and everyone else is below them or possessed. It's a fear based gospel. Not a faith based Gospel which is what the bible teaches. Therfore, it is false! Just because parts of it maybe true, such as Jesus casting out demons and gave us the authority to do so, doesn't mean that everyone has a demon and that entire "Ministries" need to be created around casting out demons. That isn't ministry at all. Hope you enjoy this episode.
