Send us Fan Mail What if we stopped pretending we have it all together? In this deeply personal solo episode, I'm inviting you into an honest conversation about the things we don't always say out loud—the fears we quietly carry, the dreams that still keep us awake, the disappointments we've learned to live with, and the hope we refuse to let go of. This isn't an episode filled with advice or easy answers. It's simply two people sitting down for a heartfelt conversation, reminding each other that becoming who we're meant to be is often messy, uncertain, and incredibly beautiful. If you've ever questioned your path, wondered if it's too late to chase a dream, struggled to make peace with your past, or needed someone to remind you that hope still has a place in your story, this episode is for you. Grab a cup of coffee, take a deep breath, and join me for an honest conversation. In this episode, we explore: The fears we don't usually admit Why our dreams deserve to be spoken out loud Making peace with disappointment without losing ourselves Holding onto hope when life doesn't go as planned Becoming more of who we truly are Support the show Thanks for listening! Send us Fan Mail What if the hardest clutter to clear isn't in your closet—but in your heart? In this episode of All In My Head , I sit down with author Linda Murphy , creator of Olli's Cave of Treasures , for a meaningful conversation about the connection between physical clutter and emotional clutter. Together, we explore why letting go of our possessions can be so difficult, how our belongings often carry memories and meaning, and what happens when we begin to release what no longer serves us. We dive into Linda's heartfelt children's book, Olli's Cave of Treasures , and the powerful lessons it offers young readers about gratitude, contentment, and the importance of not believing we have to own or collect everything to feel happy. In a world that often encourages "more," this story gently reminds children—and adults—that life's greatest treasures aren't always the things we can hold in our hands. Whether you're staring at an overstuffed closet, holding onto boxes of the past, or carrying emotional weight that's harder to name, this conversation offers gentle encouragement to make space for what truly matters. Join us as we talk about: The emotional stories behind the things we keep Why decluttering is often an inside job How grief, memories, and identity influence what we hold onto The valuable lessons Olli's Cave of Treasures teaches children about intentinality, gratitude and contentment Practical and compassionate ways to begin letting go Sometimes letting go isn't about getting rid of things—it's about making room for peace, gratitude, and the people and experiences that matter most. If this episode resonates with you, be sure to follow the podcast, leave a review, and share it with someone who may be ready to release a little of what they've been carrying. Send us Fan Mail We hear a lot about boundaries these days. Social media is filled with advice about what healthy boundaries should look like, who deserves access to us, and when we should walk away from relationships. But what if boundary setting isn't one-size-fits-all? In this solo episode of All In My Head Podcast, Jenny explores the deeply personal nature of boundaries and why no one else gets to decide what is healthy, necessary, or sustainable for your life. From family relationships and friendships to work, self-care, and personal growth, boundaries aren't about following someone else's rulebook—they're about honoring your own needs. Jenny also discusses the criticism that often comes when people set boundaries with parents and family members, the difference between boundaries and control, and why loving someone doesn't mean granting them unlimited access to your time, energy, or emotional well-being. Whether you're struggling to establish boundaries, questioning boundaries you've already set, or simply looking for a more nuanced conversation beyond the sound bites and social media posts, this episode offers a compassionate reminder: Your boundaries don't have to make sense to everyone else. They just have to make sense to you. Because at the end of the day, your boundaries are your business. Support the show Thanks for listening! Please leave a comment and share with your freinds. If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
