Before Universal Epic Universe officially opened, the Dragon Drones testing above How to Train Your Dragon's Isle of Berk quickly became one of the most exciting pieces of new technology being developed for the park. But more than a year after opening, flying dragons still haven't become part of everyday operations. In this video, I'm taking a deep dive into Universal's ambitious Flying Dragon project, including its decade-long development, the biggest challenges Universal Creative and its engineers have faced, early Dragon Drone testing, prototype development, recent sightings and some VERY interesting new developments that could give us a better idea of where this project is heading.Universal clearly hasn't given up on bringing flying dragons to Isle of Berk, and after everything we've learned recently, the finished experience could potentially be much more ambitious than what we've seen testing over Epic Universe so far.Could flying dragons finally become a regular part of How to Train Your Dragon's Isle of Berk? And just how far is Universal willing to take this technology?#EpicUniverse #HowToTrainYourDragon #IsleOfBerk #UniversalStudios Email me: themepahk(@)gmail(dot)com
