Troubleshooting
The quick fixes for the issues people hit most when connecting.
I don't see a Connect button
Make sure you added the connector URL exactly as https://pitchcentric.com/mcp, then open your client's connectors panel and choose Connect. If you only see catalog tools, you are connected anonymously; choose Connect and sign in to unlock the rest.
Sign-in didn't complete
Make sure you are signed in to pitchcentric.com in the same browser, then retry Connect.
I connected but the management tools are missing
Disconnect and reconnect once so a fresh authorization picks up the latest permissions.
A send was blocked
Check that your account is not in read-only mode and that you have pitch credits. The error message names the reason.
It says my plan doesn't allow this
Some tools require a paid plan. See pricing for what each plan includes.
