Yoni Wolf, born Jonathan Avram Wolf on April 30, 1979, is an American musician known for his work in alternative hip hop and indie rock. He is a co-founder of the record label Anticon. Wolf initially performed under the stage name Why? from 1997 until 2004 and later transferred this name to his band created in 2004. Since then, he has been credited for his solo work as Yoni Wolf.

Prior to establishing the band Why?, Wolf was involved in various musical groups, including Greenthink, Object Beings, Clouddead, Reaching Quiet, and Hymie's Basement.
