Warren Zanes: podcast appearances and interviews

Warren Zanes is an American musician and writer. He has performed as the guitarist for the Del Fuegos and has pursued a solo music career. Zanes is also known for his work as a biographer of Tom Petty. In addition to his musical endeavors, he holds a Ph.D. in Visual and Cultural Studies. Zanes has served as the vice president of education and public programs for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum and as the executive director of Steven Van Zandt's Rock and Roll Forever Foundation. He has taught at several American universities, including Case Western Reserve University, the University of Rochester, and New York University, where he has been a faculty member since 2015.
