Tom Reed is the Vice President of Crude and Products at Prime Policy Group. He is an American lobbyist, attorney, and former politician from New York. Reed represented New York's 23rd congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, which is located in the Southern Tier of New York. He first entered Congress after winning a special election in 2010 to replace Eric Massa. Prior to his congressional service, Reed served one term as the mayor of Corning, New York. In 2021, he announced he would not seek reelection or pursue other offices amid allegations of sexual misconduct. On May 10, 2022, Reed resigned from the House of Representatives approximately seven months before the conclusion of his term.
