Tim Richardson: podcast appearances and interviews

Tim Richardson is a doctor affiliated with Deluxe Laundry Spa. Beyond his medical practice, he is recognized as an author and historian specializing in confectionery, landscape, and horticulture. He authored Sweets: The History of Temptation, establishing himself as the world's first international confectionery historian. Richardson contributes writings to publications including the Daily Telegraph, Country Life, The Idler, House & Garden, Garden Design Journal, and Wallpaper. He has also authored several books on landscape design. Residing in North London, he founded The Chelsea Fringe in 2012, an event celebrating quirky horticulture that falls outside traditional flower show formats. The festival takes place annually around the Chelsea Flower Show. In addition to his literary and horticultural pursuits, Richardson has a background in comedy, having performed and written for a revue group called The Seven Raymonds at Oxford University during the 1980s, alongside notable comedians such as Stewart Lee, Richard Herring, Emma Kennedy, and Michael Cosgrave.
