Steven M. Berlin, born on September 14, 1955, in Philadelphia, is an American musician and record producer known for his work as a saxophonist and keyboardist. He is best recognized as a member of the rock group Los Lobos and has been involved with other bands including Top Jimmy & the Rhythm Pigs, the Blasters, and the Flesh Eaters. In addition to his performance career, Berlin has contributed to projects like Tuatara, joining them as a side project in 1998 on their second album, Trading with the Enemy. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of the Chicago Board of Ethics. Berlin resides in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and children.
