Sonya Barlow is a British technology entrepreneur, author, and broadcaster born in 1992. She is the founder and chief executive officer of the Like Minded Females Network, a platform dedicated to careers and diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancy. Barlow was born in Pakistan and raised in England. She studied business at Bayes Business School and graduated in 2015. Barlow has also worked as a presenter on the BBC Asian Network, where she hosted The Everyday Hustle, a show that won the Best Radio Show award at the Asian Media Awards in 2022. As an author, she is known for her book Unprepared to Entrepreneur, which was a runner-up at the Business Book Awards in 2023. In addition, she is recognized as a TEDx speaker and diversity coach.
