Shane Theodore Wilson, born on November 3, 1968, is an American NASCAR crew chief currently working for Nitro Motorsports. He serves as the crew chief of the No. 25 Toyota Camry in the ARCA Menards Series. Wilson has extensive experience in various NASCAR series, including the NASCAR Cup Series, the series now known as the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Over the course of his career, he has worked with multiple racing teams such as Team Penske, Richard Childress Racing, JGL Racing, Fury Race Cars, RSS Racing, David Gilliland Racing, McAnally-Hilgemann Racing, Bassett Racing, ThorSport Racing, Rackley W.A.R., and 1/4 Ley Racing.
