Scott Long: podcast appearances and interviews

Scott Long, born June 5, 1963, in Radford, Virginia, is a prominent activist for international human rights with a focus on the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals. He established the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Rights Program at Human Rights Watch, which was the first such program at a major human rights organization. Long served as the program’s executive director from May 2004 to August 2010. He further contributed to academic and policy discussions as a visiting fellow in the Human Rights Program at Harvard Law School from 2011 to 2012.
