Savannah Clark Guthrie is an American broadcast journalist and attorney who has served as a main co-anchor of NBC News' morning show Today since July 2012. She joined NBC News in September 2007 as a legal analyst and correspondent, regularly reporting on trials across the United States. Between 2008 and 2011, Guthrie was a White House correspondent, and she co-anchored the MSNBC program The Daily Rundown in 2010 and 2011. Guthrie's prominent position on Today began when she replaced Ann Curry as co-anchor in 2012. Her career experienced a temporary hiatus in early 2026 when her mother Nancy disappeared on February 1. During this period, Guthrie suspended her broadcasting duties, including coverage of the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy.
