Sally Phillips: podcast appearances and interviews

Sally Elizabeth Phillips, born on 10 May 1970, is an English actress, comedian, and television presenter. She co-created and was one of the writers of the sketch comedy show Smack the Pony. Phillips is known for her roles in several television series including Jam & Jerusalem as Natasha Tash Vine, Miranda as Tilly, and I'm Alan Partridge as Sophie. She also appeared in Parents as Jenny Pope and portrayed Colette in the 2015 film Set the Thames on Fire. Her guest appearances include roles such as the fictional Prime Minister of Finland, Minna Hakkinen, in the US series Veep. Phillips played Shazzer in all four films of the Bridget Jones franchise and co-starred as Mrs Bennet in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. From 2004 to 2019, she was the lead in the BBC Radio 4 comedy show Clare in the Community. In 2018, she served as curator for series 12 of The Museum of Curiosity on BBC Radio 4.
