Sall Grover, born on 11 October 1984, is an Australian businesswoman known for founding Giggle, a female-only social media app. Prior to establishing Giggle, she worked in the film industry in Australia and in the United States, where she held roles as a production assistant and screenwriter. As the founder and CEO of Giggle for Girls Pty Ltd, she was involved in various aspects of the company's development. The app became the subject of a high-profile legal case, Tickle vs Giggle, when a transgender woman had her access revoked. During this incident, Grover identified as a trans-exclusionary radical feminist. In August 2024, the Federal Court of Australia found that she had contravened the Sex Discrimination Act through indirect discrimination based on gender identity. The court ordered Grover to pay A$10,000 in damages along with legal costs.
