Roger D. Grimes, born on May 2, 1950, is a Canadian politician from Newfoundland and Labrador. He was born and raised in the town of Grand Falls-Windsor. Grimes has served as the eighth premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, holding office from February 2001 until November 2003. Prior to his political career, he was a teacher by profession. In 1985, Grimes was elected president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association, a position he held for two years. Currently, he is known for his role as a Defense Evangelist at KnowBe4, where he focuses on cybersecurity awareness and education.
