Robyn Miller: podcast appearances and interviews

Robyn Charles Miller is an American video game designer and co-founder of Cyan Worlds, along with his brother Rand Miller. He served as co-designer of the computer game Myst, which was the best-selling computer game from its release in 1993 until 2000. He also co-directed and co-led the design of the sequel, Riven, which was the best-selling computer game of 1997. Miller composed and performed the soundtracks for both Myst and Riven, contributing significantly to their immersive experiences. In addition to his work in game design, he acted in Myst, portraying the antagonist Sirrus, while his brother Rand Miller appeared as Achenar and Atrus. Miller also co-wrote the first Myst novel, The Book of Atrus. Following the release of Riven, he left Cyan to explore interests beyond gaming, including film. He directed the 2013 film The Immortal Augustus Gladstone. His work has notably influenced the adventure game genre and expanded into multimedia storytelling.
