Peter Johnson: podcast appearances and interviews

Peter Robert Johnson was a British businessman and football investor based in Birkenhead. Born on 24 November 1939, he was the son of a butcher and helped operate a family-owned business called Park Foods, which supplied Christmas hampers in the early 1990s. Johnson was also known for his involvement in football; he invested in Tranmere Rovers football club during a period when the team rose from the lower tiers of the Football League to the Championship. Additionally, he served as chairman of Everton F.C. until 1999. Over his career, Johnson amassed an estimated fortune that was approximately 150 million pounds in the early 1990s, but it decreased to around 58 million pounds by 2004. He was associated with RealAgriculture through his role in Agronomic Monday.
