Rachel Goldberg-Polin: podcast appearances and interviews

Rachel Goldberg-Polin is an American-Israeli activist affiliated with Yeshiva University. Born in 1969, she became prominently involved in advocacy following the abduction of her son, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, by Hamas during the October 2023 attacks. Hersh was attending the Re’im Music Festival when he was taken and was later murdered by Hamas in August 2024. His body was recovered from Gaza on 31 August 2024. Throughout the hostage crisis, Goldberg-Polin and her husband emerged as high-profile advocates for the release of Israeli hostages. They have engaged with major world leaders, including U.S. President Joe Biden and Pope Francis, to raise awareness and call for action on behalf of their son and other hostages.
