Phyllis Curott, born on February 8, 1954, is an American Wiccan priestess, attorney, and writer known for her contributions to modern witchcraft and Goddess spirituality. She goes by the craft name Aradia and is the founder and high priestess of the Temple of Ara, one of the oldest Wiccan congregations in the United States. Curott has been an active leader within the Parliament of the World’s Religions since 1993, serving in various roles including co-chair of the inaugural Women’s Task Force and as the Program Chair of the 2023 Parliament held in Chicago. She has authored several published volumes that explore her areas of expertise and spiritual practice, establishing herself as a prominent voice in contemporary spiritual circles and religious dialogue.
