Phoebe Bridgers: podcast appearances and interviews

Phoebe Lucille Bridgers, born August 17, 1994, is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer known for her indie folk music that often combines acoustic guitar and electronic production with melancholic lyrical themes. She has been active in the music industry since her youth and was a member of the band Sloppy Jane. Bridgers released her debut solo album, Stranger in the Alps, in 2017, followed by the album Punisher in 2020, both of which received critical acclaim. She is also a member of the supergroup boygenius, with whom she released a self-titled EP in 2018, an album titled The Record, and an EP called The Rest in 2023. Additionally, she was part of the collaboration Better Oblivion Community Center with Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes, releasing a self-titled album and two singles. Bridgers has contributed to tracks with a diverse range of artists including Taylor Swift, the 1975's Matty Healy, The Killers, Muna, SZA, Kid Cudi, Christian Lee Hutson, Shame, and The National. Her work has earned her four Grammy Awards from eleven nominations. Known for her progressive political views, she has actively advocated and fundraised for various causes.
