Peter Green was an English blues rock singer-songwriter and guitarist known for founding and leading the band Fleetwood Mac from 1967 to 1970. Prior to forming the band, he performed with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers. Green's contributions to music included the creation of several successful singles such as 'Albatross', 'Black Magic Woman', 'Oh Well', 'The Green Manalishi (With the Two Prong Crown)', and 'Man of the World'. These songs charted successfully and have been covered by numerous musicians, reflecting his influence within the genre.
