Penny Mallory: podcast appearances and interviews

Penny Mallory is an English keynote speaker and TEDx speaker specializing in mental toughness and performance coaching. She is recognized as a leading authority on mental toughness and is a former British Rally Championship driver. Mallory made history by becoming the first woman to drive a World Rally Car specification in the FIA World Rally Championship, a competition historically dominated by male drivers. Her diverse athletic pursuits include boxing, mountaineering, marathon running, and triathlon participation. She is also training to row across the Atlantic Ocean in 2026.
