Parvati Shallow: podcast appearances and interviews

Parvati Shallow is an American television personality best known for competing on multiple seasons of the reality game show Survivor. She has won the series twice, first on Survivor: Micronesia–Fans vs. Favorites in 2008, and later while representing the United States on Australian Survivor in 2025. She initially appeared on Survivor: Cook Islands in 2006, where she finished in sixth place, and also participated in Survivor: Heroes versus Villains in 2010, placing second. Her appearance on Survivor: Winners at War in 2020 saw her reach the 15th position.

Shallow is recognized for her strategic gameplay and sociable approach, which earned her the nickname 'Black Widow'. Her gameplay combined the use of social connections and flirtation to gain allies and subtly influence the outcome of the game. This moniker has extended beyond Survivor, appearing on other reality shows such as The Traitors 2 and Deal or No Deal Island 2. In her post-reality television career, Shallow has embraced her nickname, using it in her role as a life coach.
