Paloma Faith Blomfield, born on July 21, 1981, is an English singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality. She signed with Epic Records in 2008 and released her debut album, Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? in 2009. The album produced UK top-twenty singles such as Stone Cold Sober and New York. Her second album, Fall to Grace, released in 2012, reached number two on the UK Albums Chart, earned her two Brit Award nominations, and included her first UK top-ten single, Picking Up the Pieces, along with a top-twenty cover of INXS's Never Tear Us Apart. Faith's third album, A Perfect Contradiction, released in 2014, was certified double platinum and featured the UK top-ten singles Can't Rely on You and Only Love Can Hurt Like This, the latter achieving chart success in Australia. She collaborated with Sigma on the 2014 single Changing, which topped the UK Singles Chart. Her fourth album, The Architect, released in 2017, debuted at number one in the UK, marking her first chart-topping album. Faith continued her musical career with the albums Infinite Things in 2020 and The Glorification of Sadness in 2024, both reaching the top five in the UK.
