He appeared in mainstream film and television between 2008 and 2015 before shifting his focus toward expressing political views. In the late 2010s, Benjamin became known for promoting controversial and extremist beliefs, including conspiracy theories and rhetoric associated with white supremacy, anti-Black racism, and anti-LGBTQ sentiments. His content has been criticized for endorsing Nazi policies concerning Jews and denying the Holocaust, with the Anti-Defamation League noting his antisemitic stance.
