Oliver Robbins is a British former senior civil servant with a notable career in government and finance. He served as the Prime Minister's Europe Adviser and was the chief Brexit negotiator from 2017 to 2019. Robbins also held the position of Permanent Under-Secretary at the Foreign Office, beginning in January 2025 and serving until April 2026. His career previously included roles such as Principal Private Secretary to the Prime Minister, Second Permanent Secretary at the Home Office, and Permanent Secretary at the Department for Exiting the European Union from July 2016 to September 2017.
