Nolan Kay Bushnell, born on February 5, 1943, is an American businessman and electrical engineer recognized as one of the founding fathers of the video game industry. He established Atari, Inc., a pioneering company in the development of video games, and is also known for founding the Chuck E. Cheese chain. Throughout his career, Bushnell has started more than 20 companies and has received numerous accolades, including induction into the Video Game Hall of Fame and the Consumer Electronics Association Hall of Fame.
