Nicholas Jason Freitas, born on August 29, 1979, is an American politician and social media influencer. He served as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the Virginia State from 2016 until 2026. As a member of the Republican Party, Freitas has been involved in various electoral campaigns, including an unsuccessful bid for the Republican nomination for United States Senate in 2018, where he narrowly lost in the primary election to Corey Stewart. In addition to his state legislative service, he was the Republican nominee in the 2020 election for Virginia's 7th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives. In that race, he was defeated by a narrow margin, with 49% of the vote going to him and 51% to his opponent, Abigail Spanberger.
